Tyler and Nate had their school immunizations today. We got up bright and early and went to tylers school for the immunization clinic. Tyler was totally embarrassed to have me and all the boys follow him into school and hang out with him. He thought it was so dumb that we just didnt go to Uncle McKays for the shots. (Easier for mom!) But when he saw his friends there and they were doing the same thing, I think he started to feel ok about it.
Nate has been saying all along that he DOES NOT want to go to kindergarten. He did not want to get his shots. He has been dreading this! I was tired to waiting and procrastinating. I really wanted to see him excited about school and talk about it without the fear of shots hanging over his head.
He was so tough! I didnt even see any tears. He squirmed and whined a bit but he did not scream. I was so proud of him! Dad took him to Walmart to get a toy.

I can't believe you took pictures! I took Taylor this morning with camera in hand and she was so embarrassed that I had to spare her!! I still wish I would've taken some!
I'm proud of my boys. Walmart always helps little ones feel better!
Yay for Nate- that is the worst part of kindergarten then it is PURE FUN!! :) (hopefully he thinks so anyways!)
Shots are the worst! So glad you were able to get them out of the way. Your boys are lucky to have such a great mom who thinks the way you do!
