Happy Birthday Luke!

Luke turned 6 years old on Monday February 18th. He thinks that it is so cool to have his birthday on Presidents day. We celebrated his big day on Saturday because Grandma VerDon was here. He picked out a Sponge Bob cake and was very excited to get new shoes. His DC shoes are the same brand that Uncle Zach and both of his big brothers wear. So, he thinks he is so cool! He got 20 dollars from G. G. Brown and 10 dollars from Aunt Peggy. He combined his money and bought himself a new scooter. He was so excited to get money...He has been waiting for 20 bucks since the tooth fairy would not give him that much. Grandma VerDon gave him tons of new socks--colored socks because he has issues with white socks. He hates to wear white socks.

I love this boy! I can not believe that he is six years old. It seem like just yesterday that I was holding this big headed, skinny body baby in my arms at the hospital. Some of the funny things I remember about Luke: first, when he was about 3 years old he put a fake mouse in my rocking chair and sat quietly as I screamed and freaked out when I sat on it. Second, his 2 broken arms and how happy he was when the doctor said that his leg was not really broken. Third, how he used to carry tools around. Fourth, how he still makes me laugh when he says funny things! He is very humorous and quick on his toes--especially when he is in trouble! Last, but not least, how FLAT his head was, and still is, on one side of his head. It is a good thing he has hair! I love you Steven Luke Christian!

Your blog is so fun. I am putting you on mine for sure. I am happy to have your fam see my blog.. I can't believe you have 5 boys! That is so crazy. I'm nervous I'm gonna follow in your footsteps. My husband Taylor has 7 boys in his family and no girls! Ahhh. Your's are adorable though!

Luke is so cute! I seriously love working with him in Shantel's class. Even if you think he is goofy, he is the only one that even listens to me and respects me! FOR REAL! Your babies are growing up!! SOooooooo fun! I love your Juno song, I will keep your blog up as I surf just to listen to that song!
